Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count and the U.S. leader in units and sales volume, again has more agent teams ranked by closed transactions and sales volume than any other franchise in the 2018 REAL Trends’ “The Thousand,” an annual list of North America’s most successful real estate professionals.

The REAL Trends “The Thousand” features 78 Keller Williams agent teams in its Top 250 ranking of real estate teams by transaction sides. Collectively, those Keller Williams teams closed 42,755 transactions last year.

The 2018 report also features 48 Keller Williams agent teams in its Top 250 list of teams by sales volume, outpacing the industry. These teams closed $9.9 billion in sales.

The REAL Trends “The Thousand” designees are recognized as the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.3 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide.

The Thousand ranking is divided into four categories, each listing the top 250 designees: Individual Agent—Sales Volume; Individual Agent—Transaction Sides; Agent Team—Sales Volume; and Agent Team—Transaction Sides.
